With a dynamic career spanning a 34 years in the Information Technology sector, Justin is a seasoned luminary in the field. His journey began at a young age, where he cut his teeth working at a local computer store. The foundations laid during these early years proved to be instrumental as he later established one of the premier Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in British Columbia—Uniserve. Justin is the sole founder of Solution Shop, a prominent IT management firm servicing financial institutions. Under his leadership, Solution Shop has grown into to include offices in financial centers across Canada and US.

Ronan Cox

Ronan is a Senior Vice President of Fincadia Capital Partners, a prominent Wall Street wealth management firm. Ronan graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking and Finance, and completed a Diploma in Legal Studies from Dublin Institute of Technology, as a post-graduate. Ronan holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® certification, administered by the Investments & Wealth Institute ® and taught in conjunction with Yale School of Management.
